The goal is to get close enough to help without frightening the dog into running deeper into danger.

With a swift motion, he throws the net and safely secures the dog before it can escape. The dog struggles briefly, confused and frightened, but the net keeps him safely contained while the rescue continues.

Once the dog settles slightly, the rescuer kneels beside him and gently holds his body steady.

Now comes the delicate moment.

Instead of cutting the plastic container, the rescuer carefully grips the jar and slowly begins twisting and pulling it away from the dog’s neck.

After several careful attempts, the plastic container finally loosens.

Then, with one final pull, the jar slides free.

As soon as the jar is removed, the rescuer opens the net.

For a brief moment, the dog pauses — as if realizing that the strange object is finally gone.

Then he springs to his feet.

Within seconds, the brown dog runs across the open ground toward a nearby field, disappearing into the distance with renewed energy.

The danger that once surrounded him is gone.

For the rescue team, it is another reminder that even a simple object like a plastic jar can become life-threatening for animals living on the streets — and that sometimes one quick act of kindness is enough to save a life.
